After his release, Hazrat Bilal (R.A) joined the Muslim community. He became the first Muslim to Perform Azan (call to prayer) and accompanied the Prophet (PBUH) in his Traveling and residency. He was counted among the nujaba (Important community) and extremely shut friends of the Prophet (PBUH). He was Living holy city Madina but returning within very few days when He saw Holy Prophet (PBUH) in a Dream demanding Him To pay a visit. and he comes back to Madina calling the holy Prophet When he was realized that the Holy Prophet not replying to him and he was upset He goes To the holy tomb of Prophet (PBUH) and He said I am returning but where are you, My holy Master. When Hazrat Bilal (R.A) moved back in Madina, Imam Hassan (A.S) and Imam Hussain (A.S) requested Him to which appeared very inspiring And impressed the People of Medina profoundly. The last occasion was by the time the Second Caliph had Traveled from Medina to Damascus (in 17/638-9, as al-Tabari has recorded) and in a land Called Jabiya, at Muslims' request, he asked Hazrat Bilal (R.A) to call for prayer. He Accepted and People Wept bitterly by his Adhan, recalling the time of the Prophet (PBUH).
